Before founding All-Genz MediMatch Recruit, Lovelet had a strong desire to enter the recruiting field, particularly focusing on healthcare. This ambition was rooted in her passion for aiding others and solving problems, nurtured through her experiences as a volunteer at St. Joseph’s Hospital in New Jersey and as a home health aide. Although her dream of becoming a nurse remained unfulfilled, she found fulfillment in supporting the well-being of others through her various roles working in both private and public sectors and volunteering with non-profit organizations.

With more than a decade of experience in the public and private sectors, Lovelet’s extensive background in Human Resources and Administrative Management has shaped her professional journey. Her experiences as a volunteer and leader further honed her ability to empathize with and support community members. These experiences ultimately led her to create All-Genz MediMatch Recruit, allowing her to channel her passion for helping others into a career that aligns with her values and expertise.

Outside of her professional life, Lovelet is an avid lover of sports, specifically cricket, track and field, and tennis. She also enjoys cooking healthy foods and working out at the gym. Lovelet is married and a proud pet parent who enjoys spending time with her two Shih-Poos, Ziggy and Marley. Her love for animals reflects her caring nature and commitment to nurturing relationships both personally and professionally.

Lovelet earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in Recruitment and Retention, from the University College of the Caribbean.
