Lovelet Kerr is the Founder of All-Genz MediMatch Recruit, a healthcare-focused recruitment firm dedicated to strengthening workforce stability across private practices, specialty clinics, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
With over a decade of experience spanning both public and private sectors, Lovelet brings a disciplined and structured approach to healthcare recruitment. Her background in Human Resources and Administrative Management has shaped her ability to evaluate hiring performance, identify structural strain, and design recruitment strategies that prioritize long-term workforce continuity over transactional placement.
Her commitment to healthcare is rooted in firsthand exposure to clinical environments through early volunteer work at St. Joseph’s Hospital in New Jersey and experience as a home health aide. These experiences shaped her understanding of how staffing decisions directly impact patient access, team morale, and operational stability.
Lovelet founded All-Genz MediMatch Recruit to provide healthcare leaders with a recruitment model built on accountability, clarity, and measurable outcomes. Her work centers on stabilizing critical clinical roles through disciplined search methodology and long-term partnership.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Recruitment and Retention from the University College of the Caribbean.
Outside of her professional work, Lovelet values discipline and balance through fitness and sport, and she enjoys spending time with her family and her two Shih-Poos, Ziggy and Marley.
