About the Role
All-Genz MediMatch is recruiting a PACU Registered Nurse for the Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) surgical recovery unit in Great Falls, MT — Montana’s third-largest city, named for the series of waterfalls where the Missouri River drops over 600 feet in a ten-mile stretch. This is an HOPD-based PACU role, focused on post-anesthesia recovery for same-day and outpatient surgical procedures, typically with more predictable scheduling than an inpatient unit.
Great Falls isn’t a resort town like Bozeman or Missoula, and that’s part of the appeal — it’s a real, working city on the Missouri River with a 60-mile riverside trail system, some of the best walleye and trout fishing in the state right in town, and easy access to the Bob Marshall Wilderness and the Rocky Mountain Front within an hour’s drive. Low cost of living, real outdoor access, and outpatient PACU hours that leave room for an actual life outside the hospital.

What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license (Montana licensure or compact eligible)
- PACU/post-anesthesia care experience preferred
- Comfortable in an outpatient/same-day surgical recovery setting
Compensation & Benefits
