About the Role
All-Genz MediMatch is recruiting a night-shift Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a hospital in Great Falls, MT — Montana’s third-largest city, named for the series of waterfalls where the Missouri River drops over 600 feet in a ten-mile stretch. PCU nursing here sits at the step-down level between ICU and general med-surg, so you’re working with patients who need close monitoring but not full critical care, at a regional hospital that pulls cases from across Central Montana.
Great Falls isn’t a resort town like Bozeman or Missoula, and that’s part of the appeal — it’s a real, working city on the Missouri River with a 60-mile riverside trail system, some of the best walleye and trout fishing in the state right in town, and easy access to the Bob Marshall Wilderness and the Rocky Mountain Front within an hour’s drive.
