Position Summary
Our confidential client is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services that restore function, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life for diverse and underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and gait training
- Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate, compliant EHR documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Outpatient or community health experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
